Tabasco Development and exploitation of the oil and associated gas reservoirs in the Ek and Balam fields, found in the Upper 4 S/CVE CE Ek-Balam - 688 Jurassic Oxfordian period continuing with the exploitation from reservoirs at the Upper Cretaceous Breach. Contemplates drilling activities, mayor and minor well interventions, pressure maintenance through N2 injection and sour Northeast Marine 5 020 96 020 Cantarell 594 gas, infrastructure construction to take gas advantage and crude oil dehydration. / Cantarell Located at shallow waters in front of Campeche and Tabasco. This project is considered for the incorporation of reserves, Southwest 6 1218T4L0013 Chalabil Exploration 276 with expected oil and gas hydrocarbons. The estimated prospect resources are of 4,490 million boe. Marine / NA Southwest Located 20km Northeast to the Terminal Maritima Dos Bocas. Integrated by the fields Yaxche and Xanab. Requires Marine / Litoral 7 109 01 107 Yaxche 273 additional investment to finish the infrastructure for development, maintenance and well operation. Tabasco Southwest Contribute with the commitment of aimed production and crude oil quality in the period 2015-2039, incorporating a 8 1218T4L0017 Tsimin-Xux Marine / Litoral 208 volume of around 404 million boe and 2,630 billion cubic feet of gas. Tabasco Incorporate light oil hydrocarbons reserves of around 372 million boe, searching the extension of the stablished reservoirs Southwest and evaluate the petroleum potential associated to Mesozoic and Cenozoic Eras by wells drilling and studies that 9 S/CVE Uchukil Phase II 200 Marine / NA integrate the geological and geophysical information. The West Campeche Project is located in the marine portion of the Southeast Basins in front of the coasts of Campeche.   10. New Players – Round 1.1 Round 1.1: 14 Shallow water areas covering a total of 4,222 km 2 at the Southeast Basins. This has been the most • explored and with biggest percentage of accumulated production province in Mexico. Out of the 14 areas, only two of them were actually awarded, the other twelve were declined by the bidders. These awarded areas are located between 20 to 60km away from the shores of Veracruz and Tabasco, and with water depths of up to 170m.

New Players – Round 1.2 Round 1.2: The second bid from license round one consisted in 5 shallow water areas covering 278.5 km 2 at • the Marina Suroeste and Litoral Tabasco regions which are also part of the Southeast Basins. The 3 awarded areas in this round are located at about 30 to 50 km from the shores of Tabasco and Campeche and with water depths between 28 to 45m.

  12. New Players – Round 1.4 • Round 1.4: The fourth bid from the first licensing round belongs to 10 deep water blocks covering a total area of 23,835 km 2 and located at both Perdido Area and Saline Basin. Only two blocks from these 10 were declined by bidders, the other eight awarded blocks are located at about 120 to 280 km away from the shores of Tamaulipas and Veracruz with water depths of 500 to 3,600m.

New Players – Round 2.1 • Round 2.1: First bid of the second licensing round consisted in 15 shallow water blocks covering a total of 8,909 km 2 at the oil provinces of Tampico Misantla, Veracruz and Southeast Basins. Ten blocks were awarded out of the fifteen, these are located at 20 to 80km away from the shores of Veracruz, Tabasco and Campeche with water depths of 30 to 500m.
