FAFSA Receipt Date: January 31, 2019 EFC Cutoff: 1700 Oklahoma resident Non Resident FT Active Duty Military students, spouses, and dependents eligible for OTAG
Request pre-populated claim Download claim from O-SAFE Edit claim Submit edited claim via O-SAFE: be sure to fill out the top portion of the claim prior to submitting the form
Download disbursement report from O-SAFE Receive funds via check, wire transfer, or EFT payment. Confirm disbursement via report Certify disbursement via the Institutional Accounting of Funds tab and upload to O-SAFE
Notate the return in the disbursement report Request return of funds via your business office If returning funds after submitting initial report, contact Jess
Email reports@otag.org to request pre-populated claim forms You must submit certified disbursement report within 30 days of receiving awards At any point, if you determine a student is no longer eligible for their award, please return the award to our office Only Authorized Representatives will be able to request and submit claims/disbursements
What do I do if my disbursement report spreadsheet is locked? What are the options for students we discover as eligible after the claim deadline date? I have a student I think should be eligible for OTAG, but isn’t on my claim form; what should I do? I have an over-awarded student I need to adjust to a partial award of less than $100, is this acceptable?
