3. GAPS: A large deficit in information about job market  The quality of training is unsatisfactory  The training offer is quantitatively insufficient and  qualitatively undiversified No existence of a structures for training of trainers. 

THE NATIONAL STRATEGY OF VET Objectifs : Strengthening and diversification of the training towards the modern  economy: long-graduated training, creation of new institutions, certification courses. Establishment of a system for short skills training needed by the  informal economy, rural economy and preparation for careers in low- skill. Amelioration of the governance : program contracts, results-based  management 2020 : Over 10.000 of two years formations and over 20.000 of short  training students.
