Roles and Responsibilities

  • Set-up Aid Station prior to start of ride
  • Ensure adequate drinks at the Station
  • Ensure area around the Aid Station is litter

free

  • Help to account for the remaining drinks

Aid Station Leader

  • Check the rider’s bib and guide the riders to

the appropriate holding area

  • Facilitate the riders to the start point area
  • Ensure riders are pushing their bike into the

holding area and look out for any unwell riders

Start Point Leader

  • Slow down the riders after the ride is over
  • Direct riders into the Riders Welfare after

completion of the ride

  • Ensure no riders are resting at the clear zone

Finish Point Leader

  • Distribute medals and drinks to riders after

completion of the ride

  • Assist in crowd control in the Riders Welfare

  • Help to account for the remaining drinks

Radio Communication

managing participant flow into the holding pen

Aid Station

  • Can I get additional drinks?

Sure! Please do. (As long they have their bib with them) Start Point

  • My friend is in the A wave but I am in D wave, can I join him at the A

wave? Sorry Sir/Madam, due to safety reaons, you can only proceed to the pen at the back. Should you wish to join your friend, kindly ask him/her to join the D wave with you.
