• 4. In the territory of investment projects in the FEZ, the following are mandatory criteria:

• 6. The investor submits to the FEZ Directorate a completed investment application for placement of an

investment project in the territory of the FEZ in accordance with the form of Annex 2 to this Regulation. The following will be added to your investment application: а) information on registration of a legal entity (investor) or another document certifying the activity of the investor; б) Business plan of the proposed investment project; в) confirming that the investor has work experience in implementing relevant and / or similar projects. д) information on the financial and economic activity of the investor for the last three years.

An investor submitting an investment application : the investor will provide to the Directorate the information on the financial and economic activity of not less than one investor of the investor, if he has not been engaged in financial or economic activity or less than a year; If the enterprise has been carrying out economic activities for a period of 1 to 3 years, the investor provides information about the financial and economic activities of the Directorate for the period of its actual existence. • 9. The investment applications submitted in violation of the requirements of paragraphs 6 and 7 of

this Regulation shall be returned to the investor with no indication of defects.

• 28. The Investment Agreement between the Investor (investors) and the Directorate shall

enter into force on the date of registration as an FEZ Participant of an Entity, established by an investor (s).

• 30. In case of absence of the state registration in the territory of the FEZ, the investor

within 5 working days after approval of the statement of the meeting of the administrative council present the required documents for the state registration as a legal entity.

• 31. State registration of a business entity, created as a legal entity by an investor on the territory of the

FEZ, is carried out in accordance with the established procedure for the state registration of legal entities in the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

• 32. After the state registration of the business entity as a legal entity, the investor shall submit the

following documents to the Directorate:

• a copy of the document on the state registration of the legal entity's business entity;
• A document confirming the payment made in the amount established by the Council of the Republic of

Uzbekistan for registration as a participant of the FEZ.

• 33. The Directorate within two working days from the date of receipt of the documents

referred to in paragraph 32 of this Regulation shall register the undertaking as a Participant of the FEZ and issue a certificate of the participant of the FEZ according to the Annex 4 of this Regulation.

• 34. The Directorate notifies the business entities of the state tax and customs service within

• 2. Land Plot Operation Contract is a contract between the relevant city (district) authority

and the participant of the FEZ, the agreement on exploitation of the land parcel on the territory of the FEZ.

• 3. Land parcels in the FEZ territory are directly subordinated to administrative councils

and are issued to FEZ participants in accordance with decisions of administrative councils.

• 5. The land plots for FEZ participants are given for operational use for the duration of the

FEZ, established by the decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The refusal to grant a land parcel is not permitted if an entity participates in the FEZ and / or is disassembled or disposed of by an Administrative Board decision in accordance with the general plan of the FEZ.
