Mission: accelerate member potential through peer- inspiring, collaborative leadership in order to enhance the lives of older adults. Vision: to be the next generation affiliation model of high-quality life plan community providers.

Membership: 17 member organizations located in non- competing markets. Scope: equivalent in size to the fourth largest, multi- site, not-for-profit organization nationally, with 7,762 units, $486 million in gross operating revenue, and $3.5 billion in total assets. Structure: LLC. Members maintain their own boards, financial statements and tax returns.
