Notice of Co-option of Councillors Following the uncontested elections, Little Pipping Parish Council is quorate and does have a sufficient number of

  • councillors. However, the Council has up to three vacancies to
  • fill. At the Annual Parish Council meeting on Monday 15th May

2017 the Council agreed to advertise to co-opt using the power

  • f the Representation of the Peoples Act 1985, Section 21a).

If you are interested in becoming a councillor applications are being invited until Monday 21st September 2017, with interviews and voting taking place at a Full Town Council meeting on Monday 4th October 2017. Vacancy on the Parish Council

Great Pipping Parish Council has a vacancy for a parish councillor. Expressions of interest are welcomed from anyone who is over 18 years old. As a councillor representing your community you will help keep it a great place to live and

  • work. You will be supported in your role and will be expected to undertake training. You

should be comfortable working electronically. You should have a positive outlook and a can-do attitude and be willing to work as part of a team. If you are interested in joining the council please contact the Clerk John Smith for more information on 01234 522222 or by e-mail at clerk@greatpipping-pc.gov.uk.
