Steps to becoming an efficient councillor

Read documents on time, voice

Get involved in committees
Whether it’s a formal seat
- r informal.
Keep your constituents updated.
Talk to the people you represent, look for avenues for consultation/surveys, and share what we do with them. #BeTransparent
Build a strong caucus. Build a strong council.
Discuss the agenda and documents with your caucus, your constituency councils, and other members of AMS council.
