  • Policy, Legal and Regulatory Issues
  • Finance and Investment
  • Goal of TWGs was to develop understanding of the core issues,

concerns, needs, and opportunities for enhancing broadband Each group concentrated on its key focus area/topics, with the aim of producing specific action-oriented recommendations to include within the overall, integrated Broadband Strategy.

  • TWGs addressed basic questions in relation to their focus area

topics.

  • TWGs were allowed to modify or expand these questions as internal

deliberations proceeded, to cover all relevant issues and ideas.
