UH-OH, your error report is showing missing information on some trainees, but when you go search the trainee’s dataset for the respective names for current fiscal year, nothing comes up! What’s the deal?!?
The trainee does not have a year record. Therefore you can search “all fiscal years” to find them, and then create a current year record. Directory profiles can be updated by: All options are correct. On the UCEDD Annual Report, the “Submit” button is not live. What could possibly be the problem? Not all required sections are filled out.

No information dissemination activities showed up in that section of my Annual Report. Why not? They are not linked to Products.
My UCEDD Annual Report has no goals listed, and I can’t manually type them in? Where is that information pulled from and how do I enter it?
The Annual Report is populated with data from the Goals Dataset. Go to the Goals menu to Add or Save As from a previous year all the goals for FY 2010. A new data coordinator starts at the center and it’s a good idea for them to get all the relevant updates from AUCD. How can they join the listserve that gives NIRS relevant updates?

ADD will consider AUCD Council feedback for incorporation into logic model by November 10, 2010. Logic Model Draft #10 is currently under review by AUCD Councils. The Annual Report Template (ART) workgroup was formed in September 2007 at the request of ADD through its contract with AUCD. The ART workgroup represented UCEDD Directors, Associate Directors, and Data
