Criteria For Field Trip Participation Students must comply with the school discipline plan, demonstrating outstanding behavior during the *timeline of the specified trip. *From the date of the permission form being distributed through the day of return.
Criteria For Field Trip Participation A student who receives any of the following during the timeline of the trip will lose the privilege of attending the trip and will forfeit all monies paid toward the trip: • Two (2) referrals with an administrative consequence. • Two (2) Saturday School detentions for off track behavior. • One Alternative To Suspension or External Suspension. • More than one (1) "F" during the timeline of the trip. • Any "U's" during the timeline of the trip or on the permission slip.
Refund Policy • If the field trip is cancelled or postponed, parents will receive written notification from the school. • Refunds will be contingent upon the school’s contractual obligation with the approved field trip vendor. • Students unable to attend the field trip due to personal circumstances may or may not receive a refund contingent upon the school’s contractual obligations with the vendor.

TUESDAY MAY 26 • Group meets at the TBA South Florida Airport for flight to NY. We will be met by European Coach 1-56 passenger coach, DVD & stereo equipped • Rockefeller Center for lunch/Radio City Music Hall/ Shopping • Dinner at Ellen Stardust Diner • Broadway Play • Check in at Hampton Inn and Suites: 100 Passaic Ave Harrison, NJ 07029
WEDNESDAY MAY 27 • Breakfast at the hotel 8:00 A.M – 9:00 A.M. • Explore the Intrepid and $15 Lunch Allowance • Tour of Columbia University • Madame Tussauds • New York Yankees vs Minnesota Twins • Dinner $25 allowance • Return to Hotel for the night.
THURSDAY MAY 28 • Breakfast at Hotel 8:00 a.m. 9:00 a.m. • Take Ferry and See Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island ($15 Lunch) • Walking Tour of Battery Park, Wall Street, Financial District, Raging Bull Statue, Trinity Church • 911 Memorial Museum, Freedom Tower One World Observatory • Dinner at Bill’s Bar and Burger • Return to the Hotel for the night
FRIDAY MAY 29 • Breakfast at the Hotel 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. • Walking tour of Central Park • Explore the American Museum of Natural History ($15 Lunch) • Tour of NYU • Time permitting with Flight-Either walk the Brooklyn Bridge or shop and explore Chinatown • Check in at Newark (EWR) Airport ($10 Dinner) • ARRIVING AT FLL AIRPORT on May 29 in the late evening
