Race Organization
November 2012 18 Alpine Officials Level II Race Chair Race Chairman an Directs all non-technical committees from organization to completion of race. Chief Chief of
Race Responsible for all technical and security aspects of the race. Chairs the team Captain’s meeting Chief Chief of
ministration stration In charge of all records, the draw, registration, bibs and results production and distribution. Chief Chief of
Course Supervises on-the-hill arrangements such as course preparation and maintenance, course marking including flags, dyeing and numbering, course clean up and works with Course Setter. Chief Chief of
Timekeeping and Calcu and Calculation ation Supervises all timing, communications and calculations, plans and sets up timing and communication systems, oversees timers, starters, calculators, recorders and spotters. Chief Chief of

Stewar ards ds Responsible for control of spectator and recreational skiers and first aid coverage. Chief Chief of
