Reviewer Comments Lack of Service Agreement with City of Yellowknife • The GMRP and Parsons continue to work with the City to establish an emergency services agreement. • The GMRP currently has on‐site medics, a mine rescue team and EMS vehicle. Updates Required • The GMRP has committed to updating the Spill Contingency Plan with details such as contact information and updating of legislations. 6

It will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary 10

Community Based Monitoring • The GMRP has committed to work with YKDFN and stakeholders to co‐develop a Community Based Monitoring Program.
