  19. TECHNOLOGY DISTRIBUTION Due to the overwhelming demand for technology devices, we are currently out of laptops and hotpots. Unfortunately, the entire district is experiencing this problem.   20. 8 TH GRADE REMOTE LEARNING SCHEDULE 9:05am – 9:20am Homeroom/ SEL  Daily Instruction (Monday – Friday) that starts at 9:05am and includes 9:25am-10:10am CORE 1 breaks and lunch. 10:10- 10:20 Break 8 th PLANNING 10:20am-11:05am  Instructional schedule that includes 4 8 th CONNECTIONS Core classes, 2 Enrichment classes (A/B Day Rotation), and Homeroom/Social-Emotional Learning 11:10- 11:55 Core2 (SEL). 11:55- 12:05 Break 12:05-12:35 Lunch  Individual schedules are now available 12:35- 1:15 Core 3 for each student via Infinite Campus 1:20- 2:05 Core 4 TIGERLAND: CONNECTING AND BUILDING BLOCKS FOR THE FUTURE

  21. REMOTE LEARNING IMPORTANT REMINDERS • Students and Parents/Guardians have access to a Google Classroom for EACH class. Google classrooms house: all links, assignments, course syllabus, and any other important documents for the course. Daily live, teacher-led instructional sessions will be provided for all classes. • Attendance is required for all classes and will be taken daily for each class. Students must attend and participate in the ENTIRE class session to be marked present. • Assignments will be graded and Mid-Semester/Semester grades will be provided in accordance with APS Board Policy. • ALTHOUGH WE ARE NOT FACE TO FACE, WE ARE STILL IN SCHOOL!!!   24. HAVE YOU ORDERED YOUR MEALS FOR THE WEEK? We are pleased to inform you that Long Middle School participates in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) program. Through CEP , we will continue to offer healthy meals to ALL students at no charge. However, you must order student meal kits weekly . Starting August 24 th – the first day of school – APS meals will only be distributed to APS students. All APS families must pre-order meals for each week through the MySchoolBucks online pre-order system.
