  3. Background • Council • $300,000 budget • New space constructed by January of 2016 • Accommodate existing and future needs • Central Location • Balance needs/concerns property owned • 5,000 square feet • 22’ - 2” in height – Two overhead doors

  4. Facility Overview • Hours are 7:00 am to 5:30 pm – Monday through Thursday • Return for Lunch Hour • 3 Full Time – Up to 20 Part Time • 4 Crews and 2 Large Mowers • Highest Use is from May through September – i.e. Part Time Crews • Deck Mowers and Pickups with Trailers
