Who Will Get Funding, A or B?

  • We will publish our results in

academic journals. Also, we will put informa?on on a website. We will invite other researchers and people from industry to a conference and two workshops.

  • Our dissemina?on strategy

includes a selec?on of ac?ons focusing various target groups. In addi?on to established ac?vi?es, we have also added some novel ones aPer a dialogue with our most important target groups:

Who will get funding, A or B?

  • This is a very important area for
  • Sweden. It is applied in many

industry sectors. The academic interest is growing. Many of Chalmers’ partners are focusing

  • n the area.
  • The Swedish industries in this area

accounts for more than 10% of BNP (OECD, 2015). According to the strategy report from Vinnova, the growth rate has been 20% every year since 2001. CEO of Chalmers strategic partner E.ON, Jonas Abrahamsson says that ”the Swedish energy sector is entering a new era where wind power is becoming core business and that cutting-edge research is crucial to stay competitive which is why we collaborate with Chalmers who provide world-class infrastructure and novel methods”. The number of publications have accelerated from 2.000 to 45.000 articles in just 5 years. Last year, EU invested 45M€ in a call.
