  • Many issues arise as a result of inappropriate use of social

media outside of school.

  • Most social media sites have a minimum age to use of 13

years old. We will remind pupils of this and will work closely with parents to encourage appropriate use of social media.

  • We strongly recommend that parents monitor the use of

social media.

  • We strongly recommend routines at home around phone

usage, especially at night and before bed time.
