Employee was trying to fit at the end of tie down. The employee noticed that he had backed over the cross berm. He then attempted to correct his parking by pulling Brief forward and adjusting to the right. Employee did not pay attention to the rt side Description mirror and backed directly into the 635HT. Contractors also may use a trench box.
