Change – 20 Air Miles were offered to people who signed up.
My New Head
- Customized content is
generated that people can complete at their own pace, including reading, watching and listening to various mental health-focused pieces.
- They are asked to make their way
through various fun self-monitoring challenges with opportunities to unlock bonus content and challenges.
How is My New Head helping people?
- 5000 people signed up in the first 5
days after the launch.
- Within a month, over 40,000 people
had signed up.
