Boulder County’s integrated services framework includes 3 core technologies: an integrated data warehouse, HHS Connect county case management system and Boulder Connect client and provider portal.

What is Boulder Connect?

A community-wide, integrated case management and resource navigation platform. Built on top of Boulder’s integrated data warehouse using a secure government Salesforce cloud platform. Delivered as a software as a service
