FUNDRAISING VP Fundraising – Becky Beach
Dining for Dollars – Most want them scheduled between Mon and Thurs. Will try for one on Monday and one on Tues of each month. Contacting: Burger 21, Greek Unique, Famous Toastery, Old Ox, Bar Louie, Chin-Chin's, Nando's Car Wash, Possibly in Feb. Krispy Kreme's Farmer's Market, volunteers to play for a few hours, Possibly in March Sponsorship Letters, Possibly in April, with funds raised for the 20-21 year Rehearse-a-thon This Saturday Auction: Walk Arounds – 0 signups, Looking at Tag Day type event. Dates? Websites – Will pass on the signup link created by PTSO Dates needed – D4D, Car Wash, Farmer's Market, Walk Around Ending my term as Fundraiser chair this year

Auction: An email went out for volunteers. Please let us know if you have any questions. Rehearse-A-Thon!: This Saturday here at BRHS from 9am – 9pm. Upcoming events: I will be working with the indoor programs to determine what needs they have as the first Winterguard Competition is 1/25 in Charlottesville, VA.

** For dinner, we still need a volunteer to help set up, serve, and clean up.** ** We will be adding a request for protein bars ** Lunch is being sponsored by Nando's Peri Peri Ashburn! They are generously donating lemon herb thigh/leg quarters, rice, and a mixed green salad. Please make sure you mention your appreciation when you dine there. They were also extremely kind to us during band camp.
