1. Fixed Day Service for Female Sterilization operationalized in May 2015 – before supreme court directives 2. Improved quality resulting in seasonality break 3. 15 doctors were empaneled for the first time ensuring uninterrupted service 4. Indemnity Committee made functional to address grievances 5. After DWG formation weekly Fixed Day service for IUCD operationalised at the Sub Centre Level - Expanded to additional facilities 6. District has invested approx INR 9.5 lakhs from various sources within the district for improving quality
