Health and health-related information is securely available, accessible, and usable at the time and place needed. Colorado’s health information infrastructure supports current and emerging capabilities.
Colorado’s Triple Aim – best health, best care, best value – is realized and Coloradans are the healthiest in the nation.
Innovation in health information accelerates improved health and wellness for all Coloradans.
