City Executive staff evaluating options to present to Legislative Advocacy Council. Recommendation #2: Integrated into staff’s existing workplan Recommendation #7: Stimulus Staff recommended Priority Setting. Peralez asked for alternate option. City Executive staff Recalibrate Streets Plan evaluating options to present to Council. Recommendation #3: Al Fresco Integrated into staff’s workplan. Additional street closures Recommendation #8: Public Follow up with TF occurred on 8/19. Meeting being implemented (i.e. post st.) set-up with Event Producers and City Staff in the Streetfare Safety Policies & Fees month of October. Recommendation #4: Marketing Integrate City’s participation into staff’s existing workplan. City to Recommendation #9: Retail Follow up with TF occurred on 8/19. City Council Campaign participate but not lead. Opportunities adopted resolution to allow personal care and retailers to operate in public right of way.   16. Downtown Revitalization Funds - $100,000 Funding Parameters: 1. CSJ must distribute or spend funds by December 30, 2020 2. If funds are expended through a third party (such as a grant), the third party must ABSOLUTELY expend the money by December 30, 2020 And it applies to the waterfall. So we can’t give a grant to SBDC to do small business grants, then they issue the grants in January. Or they issue grants in December that are forward looking. 3. Money needs to be spent for COVID19-related assistance occurring between March and December 2020 4. Money can be spent to cover back business expenses – rent, utilities, e,.tc. so long as it’s between 3/1-12/30/20. 5. Funds cannot “pre-pay” for any services that will be carried out after December 30, 2020
