  • It distributes the weight of the bag’s contents.
  • The bag’s base and top should be between the lumbar

and the shoulder.

  • Compartments and dividers will keep books upright to

stabilise bag’s overall gravity.

  • A waist-belt will prevent bag from swinging , hence

distributing load evenly. * Ergonomic bags weigh a bit more, ranging between 700 g to a kilogramme
