There are 3 parts to this course: Work Keys – They are working toward their Work Keys Certification (Online) Portfolio Building / Team Building / Specific Training in Chosen Career Path Pre-Apprenticeship training, Site Visits, interviewing, and participation in apprenticeship.

Internship Process

• Planning on going to business school
• Wanted exposure
• Made internship first priority

The Internship

• My internship takes place at CNH Industrial
• This is a combination of both New Holland & CASE companies

(construction, transportation, and farm equipment)

• Currently have 270 hours logged

Expanded

• Demand Planning & Order Fulfillment (New Holland Ag division)
• Daily report on latest sales (mostly attachments for the

tractors)

• Government Bid Sheets for models of tractors (basic

specifications)

• Industry Analysis Report (compare sales of previous years)
• Learning how to write excel formulas to perform different

tasks

• I’m expanding my knowledge of Microsoft applications

Goals

• This internship gives me real experience

towards my career goal (Business Management)

• Gives me exposure so I can better

prepared for the real life experiences that are to follow in the field of business I plan on pursuing
