school year: “The goal of the ECA committee is to appropriately support RSD extracurricular offerings and maintain the midpoint of the third quartile (EdPlus comparable data) on a yearly basis in order to attract and retain high quality staff.”

• Re-examine the current formula so as to ensure

alignment that provides fair compensation

• Develop a plan for Longevity pay
• Create a consistent plan for analysis of Fine Arts

stipends

• Evaluate the ability to have a more fluid ECA budget for

more flexibility

• Consider more discretionary points
• Analyze some stipends for accuracy of work compared

to stipend amount, i.e. cheerleading
