Abou out t th this is meeti eeting • Purpose: to give local public health agencies the opportunity to learn more about the regulation of marij uana, both retail and medical, in Colorado • Guest Speakers: subj ect matter experts in marij uana issues from other state agencies invited to provide information and be available to respond to local public health agency questions

Abou out t th this is meeti eeting • Open Meetings Law : Not required to be an open meeting in accord with the Open Meetings Law, as no activity is being undertaken by what the law refers to as a "state public body"; however, in the interest of broadly sharing information, we have elected to open up to the public for observation. • Public questions : Due to limited time, no questions from the public/ media, as purpose is to give the local health officials opportunity to have questions answered. The panel shall:  Provide a report by 1/ 31/ 15 and every 2 years thereafter*  Establish criteria for 1) studies to be reviewed, and 2) reviewing studies and other data*, and  Make recommendations, as appropriate, for policies intended to protect consumers of marij uana or marij uana products and the general public*.
