Islamophobia: while the phobia of non Muslims may be understood, more Muslims now do not also want to identify with Islam Refugee to non Muslims: many Muslims who are refugees or IDPs are now leaving their faith either willingly or by coercion. Humanitarian crisis: ➢ Many Muslim families depend on humanitarian aid ➢ Many young people , women and children still take the perilous journey of crossing the Mediterranean sea to go to Europe with uncertainty of survival ➢ Non-muslims providing aid are perceived as a better people with good heart Economic blockade and terrorist label: we could be the next victims. Our government could also support Saudi Arabia and start harassing any organisation for affiliation with Qatar or any other country or organisation
What can we do? • Recognize this state of the Muslims as a crisis • Muslim Unity • Learn more about the crisis • Pray, pray and pray • Participate in events and activities organised for solidarity • Donate towards the cause of the oppressed • Support Organizations and Movements working for the good cause • Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions
