Yes, you can get it to slide if you really try, but I have put it on top of sawdust and it still held under normal use. I have put the magnets on top of the miter groove where I thought it would slip, and it held. It works
- n rips that are too wide for my old featherboard to
- work. I also have made great use of it as a magnet to pick
up screws and nails that I have spilled..So easy to use.’
