Meeting Purpose Tonight’s Meeting Purpose: • Provide an overview of the proposed improvements to Magarity Road, including design updates following the 6/6/18 public meeting. • Solicit feedback from public to be considered during final plan development. ➢ Tonight we will answer questions. But, please submit all your comments in writing to enable them to be part of the public record. 4

Existing Conditions • No Pedestrian facility along the South Side of Magarity Road exists today. 5

Existing Conditions • Unpaved shoulder on South Side of Magarity Road. • Two Way Left Turn lane in center median. • Major Utility Poles with dual Dominion circuits on South side. 6

Existing Conditions • Westgate Elementary School students pick-up queuing lanes are located along WB Magarity Road shoulder, and EB left turn lane. 7

Proposed Improvements Project Limits - Ware Road to Peabody Drive • 2500’ - 8’ wide Asphalt Walkway with grass buffer strip and curb and gutter along South side of Magarity Road. 8
