Documents 1. Submit missing documents: Passport/ID Card copy EHIC Card/Insurance policy copy Certificate of Arrival 2. Changes to Learning Agreement must be introduced within 1 month 3. The final version of LA must be signed by coordinators and Vice-Dean, and submitted to OIE 4. Dean’s Office Questionnaire
Documents 5. Clearance sheet – before you leave All documents required by home university of a student, which must be signed by LUT officials, must be submitted to OIE or Faculty Coordinators in a reasonable time before the settlement deadline.
