  • Purpose: Set forth strategic objectives and define concrete actions to mitigate risks

posed by CBRN materials

  • Identify priorities for improving national capabilities in the area of prevention,

detection, preparedness and response

  • Prepared within the framework of the European Union CBRN Centers of Excellence

(EU CBRN CoE) initiative

  • Funded by the European Commission (EC)
  • Implemented in cooperation with the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice

Research Institute (UNICRI) and the European Commission Joint Research Centre (JRC)
