GENERAL INFORMATION
- Purpose: Set forth strategic objectives and define concrete actions to mitigate risks
posed by CBRN materials
- Identify priorities for improving national capabilities in the area of prevention,
detection, preparedness and response
- Prepared within the framework of the European Union CBRN Centers of Excellence
(EU CBRN CoE) initiative
- Funded by the European Commission (EC)
- Implemented in cooperation with the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice
Research Institute (UNICRI) and the European Commission Joint Research Centre (JRC)
- 3 workshops in Podgorica
- National CBRN Team (experts from 14 state entities)
- Discussion facilitated by the experts from UNICRI and the EC JRC
