VORTEX is a Licensed by US Customs and Border Protection as a Nationwide Customs Broker to facilitate cargo release from Customs and any other involved government
- agency. In-Bond transit of goods, Duty Drawback processes, Surety Bond arrangement as
well as ISF (Import Security Filing) coordination, are also core aspects of our import service offering. Our operating systems are electronically connected to US Customs’ Automated Broker Interface (ABI) and AMS (Automated Manifest System). Air, Ocean, and Over-Land carriers connect to these systems to receive electronic release information transmitted by the Customs Broker facilitating speedy cargo recovery.
