Award-winning house builder Linden Homes, part of the Galliford Try Group, are currently developing proposals for this site, and as part of its public consultation are holding this public exhibition, providing the local community with the opportunity to fully engage in the planning process. Today’s exhibition will provide you with an overview of the constraints and opportunities on the site, and details of some of the technical survey work that has been undertaken to date. You will also have the opportunity to tell us of any constraints or opportunities you think we need to be aware of, and provide any comments you have at Site Location Plan this early stage. Please take the time to submit a feedback form and provide your comments on our initial proposals. You can either leave this in our ballot box or take it home and return it via a freepost envelope. The creation of a mix of building sizes, shapes and tenures arranged to refm ect established settlement patterns will provide a positive and natural extension to the existing settlement.
