All three of these individuals have graduated a University with an extraordinary degree. However, all three of these individuals are either unemployed, working in a job field not consistent with their degree, or unable to excel in their career due to lack of experience in leadership. They are an example that having a degree does not guarantees a job or a career. Not to mention, all of them are in some form of student loan debt. These gentlemen are unemployed or underpaid in what is called Grey Collard Jobs. So why did they join the Army? They all realized after the presentation, that education alone is not enough, but having hands on skills, along with the Leadership Training is vital to surviving in the new economy. They have a new understanding that Education and Technical Skills Matter.
