Launch Presentation Sling improvements – Q4 2018
Human Care already offers a broad range of anatomically designed slings developed with the safety and comfort of the patient in focus. The product range includes over 51 different models of slings offered in a variety of different sizes.
Improvements Loop Sling Range
Improved Label The label has been improved with the following updates: • Improved quality of label, lasting for a longer time (150-180 washes) • New label information: – QR code –link to our website – 75 degrees washing temperature – Added no chemical drying, no blech, no ironing – Added low temperature tumble drying • Implementation of English names • Illustration showing how to attach the sling to the hanger bar • UPC added for US market
Improved Quality The slings has been improved with the following updates which increases the quality: 2. Twin stitches added – In case one thread is broken, the sling can still be used, but the customers knows that it is time for replacement
Improved Quality 2. Added Bar tacks – Bar tacks at end of loops to make it softer – Same has been done for our lift belt to make it more clean.
Improved Quality 3. Webbing outside the complete sling – Always webbing outside at the complete sling for sturdy design, as a closed loop. Before not all slings had this.
General Improvements The slings has been improved with the following updates which improves the user experience: 1. New improved fabric - grey polyester – easier to clean 2. New improved fabric - grey mesh – softer than previous material – soft side is always towards the user side 3. New Tag/colour to indicate size is now a loop – handy for storage/hanging at parking plate or on a hook
User comfort improvements The slings has been improved with the following updates which improves the user experience: The end of the webbing is overlapping and is always at the same place. Placed at a place that is never in a pressure risk area and not at a point where the user is touching the sling.

Improved Universal Clip The universal clip has been improved with the following updates: Our universal clip has now our Human Care logo. Note: Image is without safety latches
