Regarding the AC advice on the Landing Obligation:

  • 1. Secretariat stayed in touch with the MS group and

to circulate the draft JR for 2018

  • 2. An Advice Drafting Group LO has met to:
  • Discuss the action points of the NWWAC meeting in Paris
  • Develop alternative solutions and contingency plans

before the full implementation of the LO.

  • The Choke Mitigation Tool (‘decision tree’)
  • Define the format and content of a guidance note for

fishermen
