We have 19 years of industry experience in the manufacture and supply of wire rope slings and products. We specialise in the manufacture of wire rope slings, with a wide range of terminations available. We are capable of pressing from 3mm up to 128mm diameter wire rope

Air Hoists

First Integrated has fully trained, qualified and accredited engineers. We also host our own in house technical authorities and ICP’s. Whether your requirement is for onsite or in house test inspection – we are capable of a wide range of testing and inspection solutions including SI2307, DROPS surveys and LOLER examinations

Load testing

Our Aberdeen campus features a 200Te test bed capable of a wide variety

• f proof load tasks. We also have an onsite 200Te spooling winch

available at short notice and both vertical and horizontal testing rigs. In addition, our onsite 70Te crane and weld testing solutions complete the full safety critical testing capability that First Integrated can offer

Training

First Integrated is the UK’s first accredited service centre for the MONTI bristle blaster system. This innovative surface preparation product allows for surface treatment and coating preparation without the need or inconvenience of blasting grit. We offer complete lifecycle support for the bristle blaster system and our in house trained service technicians will ensure your equipment is well maintained and serviced
