Green’s Bridge  The Bridge built in 1766 is of national significance and is a protected structure.  Width of carriageway and forward sight distance are deficient  Extremely difficult for cyclists particularly at peak travel times.  The following images show some options for possible refurbishment and improvement in order to cater for pedestrians and cyclists and to restore certain features of the bridge.
