Master of Ceremonies Associate Professor Usha Iyer-Raniga B.Arch, M.A.S.A, PhD Associate Professor Usha Iyer-Raniga is Deputy Head, International at the School of Property and Construction Management, RMIT University. She is Director of the Sustainable Buildings Innovation Lab (SBiLab) dealing with research on energy efficiency and sustainability in the built environment.

Ms Carolyn Parker Ms Parker has had an exceptional career in the property and construction industry working for 25 years as Managing Director of the Kador Group and is currently an independent Company Director Carolyn is a proud RMIT alumnus and a member

Management Advisory Committee and in 2015 she received an honorary doctorate from RMIT. She is a strong and passionate advocate of women in the property and construction industry, with a distinguished record of service to industry and the community.

Ms Karina Themis - Hansen Yuncken Karina has been working in the Construction Industry for over 15 years, starting her career working in estimating for a domestic subcontractor while also studying at university. In 2001, after completing a Bachelor of Planning and Design, she started as a Cadet working in Mirvac’s construction division where she gained exposure to high rise residential, commercial and retail
