Please keep in mind that we have changed the format and questions for
entries this year. We still WANT to hear your project’s story, but we want to keep the narrative as concise as possible.
Many of the project details questions will be answered with 10 words or less. However, the narrative questions will allow more words for you to tell the

Judging for the Project Awards will occur in a neighboring region
where a group of peers in comparable positions to our membership in a comparable market will evaluate the entries received. Merit Award winners will be notified following the conclusion of the judging process. Honor Awards will be announced the evening of the event and winners will receive the prestigious Southern Nevada Spotlight Awards Trophy
Judging for the Industry Awards will be performed via an electronic
survey process where active NAIOP committee members and board members will have the opportunity to judge the nominations. Finalists will be notified following the conclusion of the judging process. Honor Awards will be announced the evening of the event and winners will receive the prestigious Southern Nevada Spotlight Awards Trophy on stage at the ceremony.
Criteria for judging the Industry Awards will be based on NAIOP involvement,
firm volume, community involvement and company’s unique assets.

Entry Forms Due
January 10th, 2018: Submission Packages Due; submitted online by
5:00pm
January 24th, 2018: Project Merit Awards Announced February 24th, 2018: Awards Ceremony at Green Valley Ranch
