  5. NV TAXICAB AUTHORITY - Then • Taxicab Authority began operations with just 8 employees – Regulating -  8 Taxicab Companies  275 Taxicabs and 600 Drivers

  6. NV TAXICAB AUTHORITY - Now  63 Employees  16 Taxicab Companies – Consisting of 9 Operator Groups  3,050 Taxicabs (in Nov 2015)  11,000 + Permitted (Licensed) Taxicab Drivers

  7. MISSION The Mission of the Nevada Taxicab Authority is to provide for the safety, comfort and convenience of the taxicab riding pubic.
