  1. The CS Project – Developing a new source of high quality natural pozzolan in Nevada

  2. CS Project – Location & Logistics Tonopah, Nevada Northern Nevada Northern California UP Rail Head Thorne Nevada CS PROJECT Tonopah Southern Nevada Location: • Adjacent to County maintained road • Adjacent to 120KV power line • 9 miles off Highway 6 • 20 minutes from Tonopah (regional town) Southern California

  3. CS Project – Geology Tuff & Tephra Pozzolan and Perlite (pozzolan) deposits developed during the build up of a 7 million-year-old silicic volcano. 17 May 2019 3

  4. CS Project – Main Zone Pozzolan In the Main Zone large deposits of pozzolan form hills and extend below the level of the plane for at least 150ft Northeast Zone Main Zone Truck for scale 21 February 2019 4 Sunrise Resources plc

  12. Testwork – ASR Mitigation: ASTM C1567 CS Project natural pozzolan is an excellent mitigator of ASR Test results using strongly “reactive” aggregate Main Zone Pozzolan Tuff Zone Pozzolan 1 km 17 May 2019 12 Sunrise Resources plc

  13. CS Testwork – Commercial Grinding Trials ▪ 100t bulk sample ground in production clinker mill to produce a finished ground pozzolan product. ▪ Tested for compliance with ASTM C618. ▪ Scale up from lab results confirmed. 17 May 2019 13 Sunrise Resources plc

  14. CS Project - Mine Planning • Deposits of pozzolan crop out at surface • Open pit mining by dozer and front end loader • Phase 1 Mine Plan - Early low cost production - removal of hills • Low waste/ore ratio • Mining no more than 150ft deep from surface • No water encountered to 180ft in drilling – dry mine Pozzolan Pozzolan 17 May 2019 14 Sunrise Resources plc

  15. Mine Design 17 May 2019 15 Sunrise Resources plc

  16. Mine Design – Permitting Plan of Operations 27-year mine plan includes four-phase pit design targeting production of 14.5 million tons of pozzolan at rates up to 500,000t per year. Tuff Zone Main Zone The Mine Plan does not include the extensive areas of pozzolan in northern Main Zone, Northeast Zone North and western Tuff Zone. 17 May 2019 16 Sunrise Resources plc

  17. CS Project – Mine Permitting Mine permitting on track for completion in 4 th quarter of 2019. • Project is on Federally owned land - Lead regulatory authority is US Bureau of Land Management (BLM). • No biological or cultural impediments to development identified by baseline biological and cultural surveys. • Plan of Operations will allow flexibility on production options and initial 27 year mine life – submitted. • Following shorter Environmental Assessment path rather than longer Environmental Impact Statement .
