July 8th to 11th, 2017 Schedule of the event:
Saturday July 8th: Greetings (pick up from Bruxelles (BRU) or Charleroi (CRL) airports) Sunday July 9th: Opening ceremony and first games of the competition Monday July 10th: Sightseeing day: Maubeuge’s Zoo, geocaching in the city walls of Maubeuge and directed common training (international coach) Tuesday July 11th: End of the preliminaries and finals followed by closing ceremonies in the reception hall of the city council

Accommodations
Hotel: Ibis Maubeuge Location: De la Gare avenue, 59600 Maubeuge, France Cost: 30€ per bedroom per night (2 or 3 people per bedroom) Meals: The Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be taking care of by the organisation from Sunday July 9th to Tuesday July 11th. Location: At the college Ernest Coutelle (20 Coutelle street 59600 Maubeuge) Cost: sponsored by the organisation. Activities: Zoo, geocaching, common training. Cost: sponsored by the organisation. Transport: local and from/to airport Cost: sponsored by the organisation. Parents and other supporters (from the third adult per team): the organisation is able to have the same accommodations for the supporters/parents at cost price. Around 60€ per room per day for hotel.
