SUSTAINABILITY > Target a sustainable activity (guarantee at least one project with one external client per year). MANAGEMENT AND DECISION-MAKING > Be managed only by students - only students decide and execute the necessary strategic decisions. RELATIONSHIP WITH THE MOVEMENT > Contribute to the development of the Junior Enterprise Movement - forming the members and encouraging them to participate in the activities of the movement. CLIENTS > Interact with an external party - companies, entities or individual clients - in the execution of projects. PROJECTS > Contribute to the development of soft or hard skills of the members through the projects - commercial activity, whenever possible, should focus on projects that contribute to the development of hard skills (eg resource management, analytical and technical skills) .
