PTA Membership: Membership dues collected should be

remitted to the state PTA each month.

Bank Reconciliations: Ensure that bank reconciliations are

performed within 30 days of receiving the bank statement, and that all are signed and dated. Continue to clear out checks that are outstanding for > 1 year.

Deposits: Ensure that all deposits have supporting
documentation. Ensure that deposits are made within 1 week of

receipt of funds.

Required for all in-school and field trip volunteers
Send VOLUNTEER APPLICATION and ONLINE TRAINING

COMPLETION CERTIFICATE to JES office.

Contact JES if you don’t have online access.

fill out a PTA VOLUNTEER WAIVER.
