• ldest, still existing lift manufacturer in Europe
• The company J.A. Becker & Söhne has

been founded in 1897 by Jacob August Becker in Neckarsulm. Initially locksmithers works have been offered for local industry.

• Beginning with the past century, serial

production of spindles for woodmachining has been started.

• In the 1920s, the first own product has been

designed and manufactured: fruit- and grape presses.

• In 1925 the hydraulic was used a

enhancement of the mechanical spindle. Nearby the power of the hydraulic was longer used for pressing only but also for lifting.

• 1929 the manufacturing of the now type

JAB-products started: Hydraulic vehicles lifts .

• Since that time, the development and

engineering of vehicle lifts keep space with changing trends and developments in automobile industry.

Today the JAB product tprogram contains: Hydraulic Inground-Lifts for passenger cars, trucks, buses, rail- and special vehicles. But also hydraulic special solutions for industry and automobile production.
