 Federal team is requesting the HRTPO provide clarification on the implementation of the agreements between the HRTPO and the City of Franklin and Southampton County.

 Federal team is requesting the HRTPO review and /or update its bylaws to clarify and confirm the role of elected officials representing the City

• f Franklin and Southampton County in the regional transportation

planning, prioritization, and program development process.  Metropolitan/Regional Planning Area Boundary  Federal team is requesting the HRTPO review its transportation planning area boundary, relative to the City of Franklin and Southampton County, to determine if adjustments should be made to reflect the most comprehensive boundary to foster an effective regional transportation planning, prioritization, and program development process.
