Environment Group

Environment Group Scope:

The EG is accountable to the IPIECA membership via the Executive Committee. The EG is open to all IPIECA members. Company representation is intended to be the senior representatives representing the company’s environmental management across its value chain, authorised to attend and negotiate

  • n behalf of their companies.

Representatives will be expected to be able to balance their activities between assessment of strategic issues and delivery of specific work items. The EG will have a Chair, a minimum of two Vice Chairs and an ExCom champion. Chairs of the BES and Water WGs will be officers of the EG.

Meeting

  • Time: IPIECA WEEK, w/c 19 March 2018, London. Following BES, Water

(and Fuels & Products) WG meetings

  • Aim: Through a prioritisation exercise, identify and prioritise

environmental issues (and stakeholders)

  • Resources: Facilitator and core group made up of WG officers and ExCom

nominations (and IOGP)
